Double layer woven pre-baffle, soft hand, recycled polyester

This innovative fabric comes from a new vision of the most basic way of weaving, creating baffles by crossing 2 layers of fabric during the weaving process. Immediate benefits are a very supple and soft fabric with no addition of glue, an improved water repellency with no topstitchings holes, and a durable fabric. The very soft peach finish on face side provide a unique handfeel.

PrimaLoft® Black Insulation ThermoPlume® features down-comparable lightweight warmth, softness and compressibility in a water resistant, all-synthetic package. Featuring a unique blend of water-resistant PrimaLoft® fibers, this fabric is the industry’s highestperforming blowable synthetic insulation with the look and feel of natural down.

Sustainability.

  • RECYCLED FABRICS

    We aim to use only fabrics made from recycled materials, or reclaimed from our factory warehouse. Many brands purchase too much material, leaving ‘deadstock’ to sit and ultimately be discarded. We use only what we need, and actively use deadstock.

  • PFC-FREE DWR

    PFC or PFAS as they are known, are coatings applied to face fabrics to help water ‘bead’ and roll off. We have been pioneering the use of PFC/PFAS-free Durable Water Repellant coatings for over a decade.

  • END-OF-LIFE

    Once a product has reached its end of life and cannot be repaired, we recycled it and either repurpose the materials and trims, or recycle.
